I am a mentor to a number of students and its been a real learning opportunity for both the mentee and the mentor. I think the relationship between the mentor and mentee is very important and is a very personal relationship as well as a professional one. Happy social enterprise day everyone. Hope there are many more social enterprises selling more services and products than ever before. I was thinking of how to translate happy social enterprise day into my native mother Tongue so here goes my first attempt' oombaraki raz da nin chi kam Karoobar dih khalko khizmat dipaara chalaigi'.
And in Urdu it's ' Aaj Mubarak din hai uss karoobar ko Jo awaam kih faidi kay liyay chaltay hai. Hope no-one spots the obvious translation errors:-)...

I can't wait. I haven't been able to sleep at all so I have massive bags under my eyes. It does say on invite information that big bags should be avoided but I wonder if that also refers to eye bags? It will be great to meet all the great and the good of the Social Enterprise Sector there. The invite said lounge suit but I don't quite understand what that means from my cultural perspective.... At home I wear my happy cow pyjamas in the lounge....surely I couldn't meet the Prime Minister in my mo...
