It's a decade since the Sunday Times first published their Best Companies to Work For list celebrating firms which really value their staff with good policies and practices that make work a great place to be... A new decade brings a new name and a new sector to the high table. This year's best company to work for is social enterprise P3, an organisation which is all about people, potential and possibilities.

Co-designing solutions with their customers, running efficient services and working to a strict five year strategic plan Turning Point is able to use any surplus generated to reinvest into the organisation, its people and its services.

Voice10 marked the start of a busy month for the Ambassadors who attended a range of speaking events at which they shared their expertise and worked to spread the message of social enterprise to politicians, civil servants and young people. | HCT Group, the community transport social enterprise run by Dai Powell, has secured support from social investors to help it buy more vehicles and recruit new staff. |
